Skunk Bath

If you have a pet that has been skunked, you've probably discovered that the "tomato-juice" bath is a wive's tale.  Here's a better recipe to remove that odor:

1 qt 3% hydrogen peroxide

1/4 cup baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)

1 teaspoon Dawn Dishwashing Liquid (use brand name)

Avoid the eyes!  Bath should be followed by a tap water rinse
