Reservation Desk 

To provide the best lodging experience, reservations will be guaranteed with a one-night advanced deposit with a credit card, at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Please make reservations well in advance to ensure availability during holidays and peak times.

 

We require a 2 night minimum stay for the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Labor Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Christmas
  • New Years

 

Monday-Saturday
Check In Time: 3-7pm

Check Out Time: 9am-1pm

Sunday's check in and checkout times are 10am-4pm

**AT THIS TIME WE ARE WAIVING CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES. YOU CAN BRING IN OR PICK UP YOU PET DURING ANY OF OUR OPEN HOURS.**

 

Our cancellation policy for Day Spa/Grooming is 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation within that 24 hour window incurs a charge to the credit card on file.

 

Reservations can be arranged by phone, via our website or at the Pet Resort. If you would like assistance with scheduling a reservation, please leave us your e-mail address and an associate will contact you to set up your pet's stay.


The pet resort gladly accepts: Cash, Visa, Master Card, Care Credit, Discover, or Pet Resort Gift Certificates

Please read over and complete our First Time Guest Documents specific to a dog, cat, or both, if you are bringing a dog and a cat. These forms are needed to confirm your reservation and can be submitted to us via fax, email or it can be dropped off 5 days prior to your arrival at the Pet Resort.

Pets that present with fleas or other external parasites will be treated with a mandatory oral and topical flea medication, and given a mandatory flea bath at the owner's expense in order for the pet to stay with us.
