Since the very beginning of 2023, I've had an outstanding and amazing doctor who brought my kitty back to health in certain areas, scheduled very detailed, and accurate tests, which resulted more reasonable than other locations. Staff was compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful. [The Staff] gave me amazing and helpful suggestions, went way out of her way to suggest the very best scientific supplements on the market, and even told me why suggested them for my kitty's ailments and sometimes even responded on weekends with what I perceived as urgent matters. I couldn't be more supportive and grateful to this hospital, doctors and staff. In fact I am beyond grateful because there wasn't anyone else out there or hospital out there that would have totally cured her of certain conditions. It's been 3 years without a single hairball. She was vomiting hairballs every couple of weeks before I came here. Now nothing! That is truly unbelievable and totally amazing. Who does that!? Really! And that's just the beginning of my amazing experience here at this hospital. And during these years, I have experienced nothing but outstanding medical support, especially for cats, that I wouldn't have found in a million years in any other place. That's the truth.

Best staff. Listened & showed great deference to my nervous pup's needs. They took all the time we needed & were thorough. My pup seemed to get better in a hurry. Very impressive. Thank You!

We are happy we found Bartels for boarding our Bernadoodle, Asher. The staff takes such great care of him and the staff is friendly and always happy to answer any questions and very accommodating. Thank you all!

Bartels Busack is where I have been bringing my dog for nearly everything since he was a puppy. They do fantastic work, the facilities are always clean, and staff is very kind and professional. Some of them have been there since my dog was a puppy, and even when there are long stretches between them seeing him, he is always ecstatic to see them and they always specifically come over to wherever he is to say hi to him.

My little, (well 17+ pound), kitty Leo had a raging skin irritation that was quickly spreading. He was itchy and miserable even losing some of his fur. I took him to several vets who did testing, no virus, no bacteria, no answers. I finally took him to Dr. Wigal and I'm so happy I did! She gave him a steroid injection and he started having relief 3 days later! Now 2 weeks later, his skin is nearly completely healed, fur is coming back, no more crazy itching or irritability! Fingers crossed this was what he needed to resolve it. Even if it reappears, we now have a plan if we need to move forward AND he got some welcome relief. He's back to his sweet self, playing and jumping and of course, laying on my lap!! Thank you Dr. Wigal from me and Leo!

We had our very first visit with our new puppy, Suzie, at Bartels Busack Pet Hospital and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Being first time puppy owners, we honestly have no idea what we are doing but we left feeling much more confident about Suzie and her care team!

When we arrived, Kayli was the first person we met!!! She is fantastic and a loving dog owner herself who clearly has tons of experience and valuable insight to being a puppy owner!! She immediately made us feel welcome and was excited to meet Suzie with her incredibly friendly and genuinely warm personality!!! Dr. Wigel was incredibly thorough, welcoming, and friendly throughout the entire visit. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly, never making us feel rushed. As new puppy owners, we had plenty to ask, and she was knowledgeable and attentive while making sure that all of our questions were addressed. What we appreciated most was how much time both Kayli and Dr. Wigel spent helping Suzie feel comfortable, safe, and loved. It was obvious that they truly care about their patients and want every pet to have a positive experience. We left feeling informed, reassured, and confident that Suzie is receiving excellent care. We are so grateful for the time, attention, and compassion shown to both our puppy and our family. We highly recommend Bartels Busack Pet Hospital and look forward to many years of bringing Suzie there for her care!!!

I wanted to tell everyone about a wonderful doctor who works at Bartel Busack Pet Hospital. Her name is Dr. Wigal. We absolutely love her and request her services for all of our dogs. She really knows and understands her furry patients. Dr. Wigal was able to fit my hurt dog, Ruby, into her busy schedule on a very short notice early this week and was able to provide treatment that made a huge difference in my Ruby's recovery. Ruby went from not being able to get up and walk to her normal self in just a few days thanks to Dr. Wigal's treatment! In the past, Dr. Wigal had also treated my other dog (she performed a surgery to remove a cancerous mass he had). This surgery added two wonderful years to my dog's life. I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Dr. Wigal and let her know how much she is appreciated! She is absolutely the best!
